(SPEECH) Turned wrenches as long as I can remember. To me, the natural progression there is to get into a field that that’s what I do for a living because I get to do something new every day.

(SPEECH) I get to meet lots of people and make lots of people’s days when I get their equipment back up and running.
I went from high school directly into the ThinkBIG program. The ThinkBIG program really prepared me for the job today. It was hands-on training with the Caterpillar product. The ThinkBIG program was really a cost-effective way to get an education and to get into a career field that you can make a lot of money at a very young age and be set for life.

(SPEECH) Foley is really good about training us on the new stuff. We keep up on the technology and learn the new things, the new technologies that CAT’s putting out. You don’t come to work with coworkers, you come to work with friends.
