Once you complete the ThinkBIG program, ThinkBIGGER, a partnership with Pittsburg State University, can take your Caterpillar® service skills to the next level through specialized and comprehensive training.

Who Can Apply?
- Any ThinkBIG grad with a 3.0+ GPA
How Does It Work?
- Complete internships the summer before and after your first program year and in fall/winter breaks
- Graduate Pittsburg State University with a Bachelor’s degree
- Complete one year of full-time employment with Foley
- Receive $5,000 annually in educational assistance

Wear clean and tidy jeans or pants, and a nice shirt. You can wear work boots to the interview if the job requires them.

Accept the offer and complete all pre-employment screenings including a drug screen (yes we test for marijuana, regardless of residential state or medical card status), background check, and other relevant screenings for your role.
