Foley’s Management Trainee Program is a one-year, hands-on experience that will expand and enhance your leadership capabilities. Offering rotations in a variety of departments, you will have the opportunity to gain new skills, knowledge, and confidence as you grow into your leadership role.

Wear clean and tidy jeans or pants, and a nice shirt. You can wear work boots to the interview if the job requires them.

Your first interview will be a phone interview with a recruiter or hiring manager.
Step 4
You will meet in-person (or via Zoom) with the hiring manager and other key stakeholders.
Step 5
If successful, you will receive a job offer.
Step 6
Accept the offer and complete all pre-employment screenings including a drug screen (yes we test for marijuana, regardless of residential state or medical card status), background check, and other relevant screenings for your role.
